  2. Our support team will review your request and send return instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.

Important: Do not send items back without contacting us first — unapproved returns may be refused.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days after we receive your return for processing.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.).

4. Exchanges
